Here are 4 things we must do in the next 4 years:

1. Enact a requirement for all citizens to perform national service for 2 years between the ages of 18-30.

2. Enact a constitutional amendment providing that the we must be stewards of the environment we inherited and produce energy in a sustainable manner (one or 2 amendments - language to come).

3. Form a federal mortgage bank to purchase and rewrite home mortgages

4. Reduce the percentage of GDP spent on healthcare to something close to what other industrialized democracies, without compromising outcomes
